1999-2004 Mustang
The 35th anniversary of the Mustang was met with a brand new design. The SOHC GT and DOHC Cobra get a significant HP increase and a slight increase in torque in 1999 via better intake, cams and larger valves. The Cobra gets an independent rear suspension. Ford would continue to prove it's committment to the Mustang legacy with special edition models such as the Bullit and Mach1 Mustangs, and a 390 horsepower supercharged Cobra in 2003.

2003 Cobra Steig Stage 4 ported eaton, 2.76 upper pulley, JLT high boost intake, bassani catted x and cat back, SCT BA-3000, 60lb injectors, LFP double pass intercooler, MGW shifter. Ran a 13.5 stock in El Paso at 4000ft and 90 degrees. I have not ran the car since the mods. |
