1994-1998 Mustang
The '94 Mustang featured significant changes in structural rigidity to the existing FOX platform. In fact, Ford engineers claimed of 1,850 platform parts, 1,330 were new for the '94 design. In 1996 Ford would retire the pushrod 5.0L from the Mustang powerplant lineup, and replace it with the 4.6L "modular" overhead cam engine, controlled by the EEC-V engine management system.

I traded in a 1985 Mustang GT which I bought new, the GT had 69,000 miles. I wish I could have kept that car, but it was the only way I could afford the 1994 Cobra. The 94 Cobra is all original 48,000 miles. This car is a Dream! Best... Tim. |

Deep Forest Green/Saddle. Second owner. KYB struts, 3.73:1 final drive, Magnecor wires, K&N filter... otherwise all stock. 176,000 miles. Restored Saddle Leather interior, new canvas top. Beats WRX's! My little pony. Gold pinstripe added by one of my 5 sons and I when he was 9. We call the car "Horse Power" and it's in gold lettering on driver's side rear of the car. Only fair to let losers know what just beat them. |
