A predecessor to the musclecar era, the Galaxie was Ford's fullsize competitor. Introduced in 1959 and running through the musclecar era until 1972, the Galaxie and its' various submodels produced many powerful machines. |

Chestnut is the color, Purchased by me in 1984, solid west coast car built in LA, spent it's first 20 yrs. on the west coast now it's home is New England. Powered by a 427/8V low riser, cast iron headers, 4 Speed Toploader, 4.11 Locker. Factory AM/FM w/reverb, 8000 RPM Rotunda factory tach, front disc brakes, 7" Crager S/S with 235/70R/15 Front , 285/70R/15 Rear Goodrich T/A. New paint in 1990. Car is driven about 4000 mi. yr. |

1961 starliner

The black Starliner is a 72,000 original mile car, original interior including a perfect headliner and plastic dash pad.
The lower body has been painted to repair rust around the trim, the top is still the factory enamel. The red Starliner has also been painted and repaired and has the original seats, headliner, and carpet.Both cars are driven frequently to local shows and sometimes just for the fun of it! |

My car minus the moldings and trim wich I removed for polishing. I'm lucky to be the second owner, of this all power options w/ac California car. It also came with a white vinyl top, original exterior color I believe was pagota but I'd have to look into it a bit further. |

This 1964 Galaxie 500XL is equipped with a 428 CJ engine. Sporting a fractory Tri Power set up this red battle star is a real rocket. C-6 trans and 3:50 traction lock with 31 spline axles round out the drive line. |
