Gorgeous black vinyl interior. She's powered by a 390, with a Tri-Power setup, cast iron headers, rebuilt C3AE-C heads, dual point 427 distributor, high lift cam, a Moroso 9qt oil pan and an aluminum radiator from Crites. All of this backed by a C-6 and 4.57 gears in the rear. My future plans are a Crites teardrop hood, a 3500rpm stall converter and an overdrive tranny. Possible appearance plans are primered black with flames and Radir wheels with a stance like a true Lightweight. |

1964 Galaxie 500 XL 2 door hardtop. Was originally a 390 and 4 speed manual. Now has a 460/C6 transplanted into it. The engine has a Pete Jackson gear drive, a small performance cam, and a Weiand Stealth intake. The exhaust dumps into ported cast manifolds and 3 inch duals with 2 chamber flowmasters. I also purchased a fiberglass teardop hood, fiberglass front fenders, and fiberglass front and rear bumpers. Sold in the fall of 2006. |

I bought this car in Feb of '97 to replace my '69 Montego that got broad-sided. It had been sitting since '83 w/120K but after an oil change and a carb rebuild it fired right up. I drove it all through college and it now has 170K + so it's due for a rebuild. It'll get hi-perf treatment when it does, tri-power, the whole bit. |
