The Falcon was offered from 1960 through 1970, it was available in two door and four door sedans, station wagons, two door hardtops, convertibles, sedan deliveries and Rancheros. The Mustang evolved from the development of the Falcon. Some say, if there was not a Falcon, the Mustang would have not been created. |

1969 Falcon Futura Sports Coupe. 71-Boss 351, Balanced, Hooker, Comp Cams, Polished Rods, Unilite, Holley 750-DP, C6-4000 B+M Stall, 54-inch housing, 31-spline locker, 457 ring and pinion, Indian Red Enamel paint, Crites Restorations teardrop-molded in, Glidden signature series wheels, velour- interrior. I bought this car in 1980 for 250 dollars, it was a dog house! I have a Toploader 278 first gear, scattershield, z-bar, inline vertagate shifter, which I plan on installing over the winter. This is a 14 year project. The body was dechromed, '65 Mustang rear wheel wells and Shelby front valance were adapted and a T-bolt style hood installed. The interior was redone with flofit seats and engine-turning. A 6 point roll bar and subframe connectors were installed. The engine is a FRPP 'Z' 392 with MasFlo EFI with 1 3/4 shorty headers from Anderson Motorsports. The trans is LenTech AOD/10" converter. In Pro-Touring style, the car has air, power brakes (hydroboost), steering, windows, door openers, top, trunk, & cruise, stereo, alarm. Still tuning & haven't been to the |

This is my '67 Falcon. Its got a 302 with headers and an aluminum manifold with a Holley 650. The tranny is a rebuilt C-4 w/shift kit. The dual exhaust is custom with headers and cherry bombs. I put in an aluminum radiator and stainless hoses. Its got a rebuilt granada front-end with PS and PB. Galaxie 500 8" rearend, soon to have 3.80 posi gears. Paint is Custom Maui Metallic Blue. The interior is next to be redone. |

Currently awaiting resurrection,quarter mile stats given were with the engine that is now in my 68 mustang but with c-4 2800 stall,open 8inch rear with 4.11s,750 holley and blackjack hedders. Car has been sitting for about 10 years but I'm hoping to swap in a 5.0 or a 351w and have it setup as a mostly dragcar that will be occasionally street driven |
