Falcon
The Falcon was offered from 1960 through 1970, it was available in two door and four door sedans, station wagons, two door hardtops, convertibles, sedan deliveries and Rancheros. The Mustang evolved from the development of the Falcon. Some say, if there was not a Falcon, the Mustang would have not been created. |

Bought for AU$600 from an old couple in the middle of nowhere, this rust-free Falcon is now on the road (nothing required to pass a roadworthy!) and I enjoyed it very much... apart from the gutless engine! It now runs a 351 Cleveland, 4-speed manual BW gearbox and BW LSD diff. Recently I painted it Vitamin C (a 1972 colour on Australian Chargers) and it looks great for a first paint job. Now powered by straight LPG too - goes great, costs peanuts to run and I love scaring other motorists. :) |
