Falcon
The Falcon was offered from 1960 through 1970, it was available in two door and four door sedans, station wagons, two door hardtops, convertibles, sedan deliveries and Rancheros. The Mustang evolved from the development of the Falcon. Some say, if there was not a Falcon, the Mustang would have not been created. |

250ci inline six, T-5, chrome 14" wheels, electric fan and fuel pump. Other then that this car is as basic as the day it rolled of the line in San Jose.
Currently working on new guage cluster, next up a new stance, new wheels(thinking 17" Mustang Cobra), KYB's, sway bars, considering painting her Black when I get around to it. Also thinking of keeping this one a six with Aussie head, more carb, caming it, dreaming about a turbo charge. dual exhaust tips exit in front of rear tires. Yeah!
Found this car on Ebay up in Washington, picked it up for 1200.00. Like I need another falco |

A real sleeper. Australian Falcon. I tried to keep it as standard as possible on the outside and interior, however, runs a 302 Windsor, 600 Holley, T5. Never done a quarter mile but goes hard. |

I bought this Falcon when I was 15 yrs old for a song and dance out of a local salvage yard. The interior was in prestine condition, but I did all of the body work myself and swapped the 200 I6 for the 289. It's pretty much stock with a mild cam, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, Holley 600 carb, Hedman headers, Ford DuraSparkII electronic ignition, and a C4 with a B&M shift kit. I have a set of aluminum World Windsor Jr. heads I intend to install, along with a cam and intake swap. Once complete I should be making around 380hp@6000rpm and 370ft-lb@4500-5000. |
