Fairlane
The Fairlane was introduced in 1955 as Ford's fullsize model. In 1962 the Fairlane was reborn as Ford's entry into the competitive intermediate musclecar market. With lighter weight than the Galaxie but with the same powerplants, the Fairlane was a force to be reckon with on the street and the drag strip. |

Australian 1968/69 model. This car was given to me without a running motor. Since fitted a Windsor 302 that has a Holley 600 on top of an Edelbrock Torker II with Plenum chamber divider for extra torque. Electronic Ignition & small tube headers are the only other parts fitted on stock motor. It Rips! |

52,000 miles. Only painted it, put a new rubber mat, 2.25 Flowmaster duals and new brake shoes. Motor was seized we thought it would need built and I was going to build a nice 312 for the car. We broke the lose after about 2 weeks of soaking and it runs great. Never even put new plug wires on it. No smoke, runs great got 18 MPG on a trip and she has about 4500 miles on it since it hit the road a few years ago. NO RUST WHAT SO EVER. This car is sweet! Car came with two options: Radio, and 292. Nothing else! |

Back from paint. Still have fender skirts for her. Satin metallic seafoam green bottom w a creme brulee top. I used a paint called Hot Rod Flatz. I had some homeboys shoot it after I did bodywork and prep. They did a typical cut the corners job. Live and learn to paint all my own cars. |
