Fairlane
The Fairlane was introduced in 1955 as Ford's fullsize model. In 1962 the Fairlane was reborn as Ford's entry into the competitive intermediate musclecar market. With lighter weight than the Galaxie but with the same powerplants, the Fairlane was a force to be reckon with on the street and the drag strip. |

9 year project completed in 2003. Art Morrison chassis, 4 wheel disc brakes, custom interior, tilt fiberglass front end, front air bags, full roll cage, 9 inch Versaille disk brakes, 3:91 Detroit Locker. Hope to get some 1/4 mile times this summer. Just installed BBC Vortech Blower (Carb in a box ) and Hoosier 17 inch Pro Street Radials. Currently running MT 33 x 21.50 in back. Will be at Fairlane Nationals in Reno July 7-9, 2006 |
