Fairlane
The Fairlane was introduced in 1955 as Ford's fullsize model. In 1962 the Fairlane was reborn as Ford's entry into the competitive intermediate musclecar market. With lighter weight than the Galaxie but with the same powerplants, the Fairlane was a force to be reckon with on the street and the drag strip. |

1970 Zc fairlane with lots of mods, I'll list just a few. rear wheel arches widened and rear springs moved in 2" to allow 12" (305)tyres under gaurds.
Solid 460 with 1050 holley, miloden gear drive, forged pistons (11:1)
Twin 3" exhaust with straight through stainless mufflers.
C6 with tci transbrake reverse pattern, manual valve body and 3800 stall convertor.
Shortened 9" with 3.89:1 limo centre and rear discs
Full custom interior with GT dash and some autometer gauges
6 point roll gauge
Aluminium 136 litre fuel tank
