1965-1966 Mustang
To produce an extremely popular car, with virtually no competition. That is exactly what Ford did when it began marketing the Mustang in April 1964. So, with little effort a new car was concocted using the Falcon chassis. A legend was born and the Mustang scored a world record of 418,000 sales by the end its first year of existence. |

Had this coupe since I was 16. I do have the hubcaps but had them off so that they would not get lost (lost one right after this anyway). Am pulling the engine ATM and should have a 5speed in it when done too. |

Shelby wannabe,, Original T-code I6/C4. Modified for V8 Suspension, brakes and steering. Now it has a 302-70 with RPM kit, 4 speed Toploader close ratio. 8" 3:55 trac-Loc. Undergoing a overhaul of the body, sheet metall to the floor & engine bay, lowering the stans inkl. shelby modification. leafspring with reverse eye, subframeconectors, 600 Lbs front spring and KYB shocks, relocated battery to the rear, shelby -67 hood, side scoops, interior going to be clean black standard. 1980 302 .05 over, .494 In .512 exh, 236 Dur@.05 inch, 10:1 comp, Edlebrock Pefromer RPM, World Senior Heads 2.02 / 1.60, roller rockers, Accell Bilit Dizzy, MSD6, TCI C4 with 2800 RPM Conv, 3.00 gears w/auburn limitted. 575 Demon DBP 73 front jets 82 rear jets, 20 degrees initial 33 degrees Total at 2200 rpm, 10 degree vacuum canister. 12HG Idle...very smooth idle.... 17 MPG (being good) Meaning, I get 12 MPG |
