1965-1966 Mustang
To produce an extremely popular car, with virtually no competition. That is exactly what Ford did when it began marketing the Mustang in April 1964. So, with little effort a new car was concocted using the Falcon chassis. A legend was born and the Mustang scored a world record of 418,000 sales by the end its first year of existence. |

This is my 1966 GT 350 H "RENT-A-RACER"
clone/restomod. Since the pic. was taken, I have added billet grills (upper/lower) and full ceramic headers, to compliment the Corbra R side exhaust. The car has it's original 289 and C-4 tranny. It sports a 9" rear end. |

1966 Shelby gt 350 turned NHRA BB/gasser in early 1967 with alien power. now has correct FoMoCo power.chop top, chrome CAE straight axle,fiberglass tilt front end, 1957 oldsmobile rear end,Corvair steering box ,and Hemi Charger tailights were installed way back then. In 2000 it was restored with the new Ford motor and trans. i have owned it and raced since.A fuel problem slowed the car to 11:20 at 109 1/4 mile recently at Richmond VA nostalgia meet in may.But what a rush to make a smooth 1/4 mile pass with a .002 RT. May sell due to economy,but not lack of FUN! |

66 Coupe, this is my baby. only 4 years in the making. 17 inch wheels, fiberglass 350 GT hood and Califorina tail Trunk. 65 off-white interior, the 289 is mostly stock except for a 268 comp cam, Cross wind intake, Holly Street Avenger 670 carb. 4 row radiator and polished high flow water pump. I'm big in to Audio so I lined the floor and roof with Dynomat sound material (its great for making a quiet ride) white gauges, Alpine head unit and 6 disc changer in glove box, 2 audio bann 12" woofer and 2 MTX Amp over 1500 watts of power. ** future plans ** T5, disk brakes, rear gear, flowmaster |
